User:Any person using the Website.
Transaction: A sale agreement between Buyer and Seler.
Goods: Items listed for sale.
CPA: Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
ECTA: Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

GarageSaleSA is an online marketplace only and is not a party to any transaction between Buyers and Sellers. - USER ELIGIBILITY
Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering contracts. - REGISTRATION
Users are responsible for accurate information and account security. - SELLER OBLIGATIONS
Sellers warrant lawful ownership, accurate listings, legal compliance, and timely delivery. - BUYER OBLIGATIONS
Buyers agree to pay in full and provide accurate delivery details. - PROHIBITED ITEMS
Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or restricted goods are prohibited. - FEES & PAYMENTS
Fees may apply and will be disclosed. Sellers are responsible for taxes. - DELIVERY, RISK & OWNERSHIP
Risk passes up on delivery. Ownership transfers after payment and delivery. - RETURNS & REFUNDS
CPA rights apply. Sellers must comply with return obligations. - DISPUTES
Users must attempt amicable resolution. SA law applies. - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
All website content belongs to GarageSaleSA. - PRIVACY
Personal data is processed under POPIA. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GarageSaleSA is not liable for goods, delivery, or disputes. - TERMINATION
Accounts may be suspended for breach or illegal activity. - GOVERNING LAW
